You can enter any one of the games you have created in or out of class. Scratch, GameStar and any other game engine platform may be entered.

Etch-a-sketch

Bellwork:
Make a sure you have submitted your Pong Game in your folder in your period folder.  If you need to finish your game get working on it.  If you have finished submit it.  If you have submitted your Pong games go to the scratch folder in the HESSE folder and open HESSE_etch-a-sketch and play.
If you need to finish up your Pong game after the Etch-a-Sketch demonstration please do so.

Remember you will be submitting two versions in your folder
Review on how to get to the folder:


  1. Go to My computer (located on the desktop)
  2. Go to the eett2 drive
  3. Go to the HESSE folder
  4. Go to the Scratch folder
  5. Go to your period folder
  6. Go to your folder (you should have made a new folder here titled yourlastname_yourfirstname
  7. Save your two games in your folder.

Today you will be creating your own etch-a-sketch game.

I will first give a demonstrate on making your own pencil sprite for the game. You are to make your own sprite for this game (no importing).

After the demonstration we will look at the script for this game. You can find pictures of the script in the HESSE----Scratch folder. You can also look at the script when playing the game. You may use this script as a guide when creating your own game.
