You will take the November Vocabulary quiz today (Yes I know it's December)
After the quiz you may go back to finishing your Frogger game.
Today:
It is the last day to work on this project during class time. Please use your time wisely and finish up! If you need to simplify some of your script to get it done do so now.
When you finish Frogger you must submit it to the eett2(R:)drive to be graded.
Also upload your game to your Scratch account than come back here and click on this link:
Frogger Gallery
When you go to the Frogger Gallery you will see a button on the right hand side that says Add my projects. Click on that button to add your Frogger game.
When you are completely finished and your game has been submitted for grading and to the Gallery do the following assignments:
1.Follow this video and make the maze in the tutorial(you may change colors and design but follow the basic maze concept and script)
When you are finished turn it in to the eett2 for an assignment grade.
2.In Chapter 7 "Scratch programming for Teens" do the Basketball Quiz Project. This will help you understand variables.
Copies of this project are on the back table and in the HESSE folder on the computer.
When you are finished turn it in to the eett2 for an assignment grade.
If you finish that I have bookmarked some AI games on my Scratch account that you can download, play and look at the script.
This course is designed to give students an overview of beginning concepts of computer programming in “Basic” computer language. The process of creating a video game(pre-production, production and post production) will be employed during this course. Gaming II is a continuation of Gaming I. Students will further develop computer programing skills to create their own video games.
