Knowing the elements of the game

There are many elements in the games that you are playing on GameStar Mechanic.  It is important to recognize these elements and use the correct terminolgy when talking about them as they relate to game design.

Bellwork:
On your bellwork paper, for this week, write the date and number 1-8. You will be doing a matching exercise.

Lesson:
We will continue reading chapter 1 about the design process.  Preproduction, Production and Postproduction.

You will be responsible for this material and will be quizzed on it.

After the reading you will continue Gamestar Mechanic .

As you complete episodes you will move closer to creating your own games!
